使用方法：
1.可與冬瓜茶磚等量的水1：1煮開成濃縮汁，冷卻後放入冰箱中冷藏，想飲用時，再覆水1：8的比例稀釋為最佳。
2.可代替砂糖做烹調用，例如做為煮湯圓、綠豆湯、豆花、茶凍、各種健康雜糧湯的湯頭。
3.冬瓜檸檬、冬瓜鮮奶，都是夏日清涼口感的好選擇！

Method of Application：
Prepare a brick of the whitegourd tea brick and then put it into a casserole with 5 liters of water. Cook slo-wly until the whitegourd tea brick melts, releasing its flavors. Once boiled, turn off the flame, cool down the whitegourd tea at room temperature and store it in fridge.
