使用方法：
茶葉100g，5000cc水滾熄火，降至85度，浸泡5-6分鐘，過濾茶葉即可。實際水量及時間，可依個人口感喜愛及當地水質增減調整。

Method of Application：
1. Boil 3 litres of water in a stockpot.
2. Turn off the flame and lower the water temperature to 85 or 88 degrees Celsius. Use the mercury thermometer to measure the water temperature and be careful not to have the mercury thermometer touch the bottom of the stockpot.
3. Stir 100 grams of tea leaves into the stockpot until well blended.
4. Cover the stockpot with the lid and let the tea leaves infuse for 7 minutes 30 seconds.
5. After infusing the tea leaves, please stir everything well, strain the tea leaves out and pour the tea into a tea barrel.
6. Add 2 kilograms of ice cubes into the tea barrel and stir well.
